Thursday: We'd actually had heat here for a couple days, and with the new windows I had been sleeping in knickers and a bra....unheard of for here unless its Summer.
I even had to have my windows open a crack. o-o
Of course Friday...the temperature dropped even more and it snowed in the morning...and the heat went off during the night.
Not fun :X!

Friday - Had troupe Mage, it was actually a decent game even if I didn't get to do much
But at least people are talking to Taalis more.
Marcella's character even managed to almost find out stuff that was super secret by getting around questions that I usually answer with "That's classified"
Oh and she explained sex and babies to her...lol.

Saturday: It was supposed to snow so I had to cancel out on going to Peta's birthday party =(
Attempting the highway to Squamish might have been a bad idea.
Instead, Alan and I went to Hunter which I REALLY wasn't looking forward to because its been so god-damn aggravating omg :X

Game was a bust, I was already annoyed going in because Danny was all ZOMG YOU CANT HAVE A GUN~!
And Jordan (one of the ST's) decided to agree with him and said RCMP's that are off duty to not carry a gun.

Yet Danny's CSI can carry one? wtf?

And in game at one point, there was a scene where we were all at Kim's characters apartment, Vampire attacked and she hopped out a window to go kill it.
She called my char and told me to go grab a police radio out from under her bed.
Note: This is the ST pretending to be Kim's char on the phone, since we don't have each others numbers ooc.

I said it was fine, I had my radio on me and the ST said "Nono, those are big, you wouldn't have one on you"
me - "Erm...the big ones are in the cop cars....cops carry a radio on them"
ST - "No they dont o-o"
me - "wtfomg are you serious?"
ST - "ok ok, I'll let you have it, this time..."

........

There was also a lot of OOC arguing, again it mostly stems from a poorly done premise for the first game.
Most of us had home because at the end of the last game, the 2 ST's sat down and asked us what we liked and didn't like, and promised to work on things for next time.
But by game two it was obvious that any fixing was a half assed attempt at it, even though they'd had a month /swt.

At one point, Jordan flopped down beside me on the couch (I was still IC) and was quietly ranting about how his game was over, everyone hated him and he couldn't run a larp.
He then began to sigh loudly and constantly for about 20mins o-o

A bunch of people are saying they've quit, including him
Heather plans on taking it over and promises she can fix it all, I'm hesitant about playing again but I really like my character (I plan on saving her for a mage game someday or something) and a few of the others.
She asked that people e-mail her with their concerns and my main one will be...'do something about Danny plz before I strangle him'

Sunday: Alan and I went to a Cemetery close to Metrotown, didn't stay long because it wasn't all that impressive.

Monday Froze all weekend, no heat :X
its been between -6 and -12C here....I haven't felt it that cold since I was a kid and even then...I don't remember it being this cold (and its going to get -17 on Thursday @_@) Alan and I hung out with Amy for a bit and she sketched me a picture of mine and Stefan's shadowrun characters (she said she might even colour it sometime XD) went to the mall again then he drove me to Arnand's so I wouldn't have to freeze at the bus stop.
I didn't have Daniel to give me a ride home since he's in Toronto for a couple weeks so I was hoping Jason could...but no luck.
Although it was nice seeing everyone because that's the last time I'll see a few until after Christmas, it almost wasn't worth me going.
By the time stuff started happening in game I had to leave.
11:30pm in this weather and standing out on farking Hastings...isn't something I feel good doing :X

To make matters worse...my second bus stopped at a train crossing...it sat...and sat...and sat.
After 15mins I'm wondering where the fark this train is...
Another bus on the other side pulled up and our driver got out to go talk to him....and left the god-damn doors open.

About 20mins after that he comes back on, another bus pulls up behind us and they get out to talk.
After what seemed AGES I overheard one of them saying it would be about an hour before something could be done, so he told our driver to turn around and they'd take a detour.
So I'm like YAY finally~!

After awhile I have no idea where the heck we are and start to worry that he's going right to Edmonds stn instead of the route that would take him RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM WHERE I LIVE :x
I could walk it if I had to but its another bad area, its FREEZING, uphill and icy and there are a couple pit bulls that seem to run loose.
Anyway,
the 2 other people on my bus were like EEK we need to go back because they needed to get off a few stops after the tracks, so the driver asks where the hell I'm going.
I told him, he radio'd the other bus and then I got on that one.

Got home eventually :X

Lesson learned? Fuck Shadowrun if I can't get a ride home :X
