Since we got there early and I was wearing my new dress (I was playing Taalis and not Emily) I checked to see if Jackie had her dress at Michaels and YAY…she did XD
So we got a few photo's outside ^_^~
I'd just gotten a haircut earlier that day /no1
She makes me gay…its sad.
Randomness: I FINALLY got a shot of the pink hummer I've seen around here for the past couple years.
Anime Evolution:
The Masquerade Ball: Gads…it was a joke, if the money hadn't been going to charity a lot of us would have demanded it back.
They played proper music for a short bit then apparently some kids asked that it be changed to something faster because the slow stuff was "boring"
WTF?! You are at a MASQUERADE BALL?! What the fuck do you expect?!
But for some reason they were catered to…
A few of us complained but we were told nothing could be done, several people left and then Alan complained to the girl running it, she also said nothing could be done and then just walked away.
The they polled the people and asked what kind of music they wanted…faster or slower stuff.
First of all this was retarded since this was a BALL and they should run it as planned, screw polling people.
They knew what this dance was before they game.
They were also getting TWO pop dances over the weekend but did that matter? No.
Second, a lot of the people who wanted the slow stuff had given up and left and a handful had gone to sit outside and hopefully wait out the crap music.
So fast won out.
We left right after that…
People complained on the forums but were mostly brushed off with stupid excuses.

At least they finally seem to be getting it now and hopefully things will be better next year although I'm still not sure I will bother attending.
As for AE itself I was not able to register early, I didn't feel $50 was worth it for what they had on that weekend (which was pretty much nothing that interested me)
I thought about just paying for one day but that was $45 X_x woo…I save $5 go me.
Found out the day off that the Cam had gotten a few of us VIP passes so it all worked out.
I asked if there were any perks to having a VIP pass and Danny said no.
I spend most of the weekend in the LARP room, I hadn't planned to stay for all of Changeling but we had a bunch of new players so I was needed.
Jackie was awesome and had lent me 2 of her loli dresses, I don't want to give them back omg…especially the main one I wore (didn't get any pics of the other one T_T, I'll try and do that soon before I give them back)
I threw together a ghetto Steampunk outfit to wear but only lasted in it an hour because it got so hot o-o
And there were perks to being a VIP but I didn't find that out until Saturday.
You don't need to wait in the dealers room line, thankfully I'd only waited a couple minutes because I'd gone in later on Saturday night.
And I was able to get dinner in a room with a bunch of voice actors like Scott Mcneil,
I sat with Eric and John though because I never get to see them ^_^~
Also had Eric escort me around for a bit, twas nifty being escorted around by Head of Security *poses*
Ian got this for going into some panel, it wasn't even WHR related!
He gave it to me because he is awesome and knows my love for WHR!
Someday I will cosplay her XD
Saw a couple things I wanted in the Dealers room like the yellow ribbons from that one anime and a BLUE Hello Kitty @_@!
John actually bought me the HK as a birthday gift XD *glomps him* thank you XD!!
Shafik was THREE hours late to Werewolf, thankfully it was his last game :X
I'm hoping it will get better with a new ST.
And right when that ended we ran off back to the Mason Hall for Mage.
I was dead tired and had VERY sore/swollen/blistered feet T_T
