Birthdays!

August 5th.

Picked up some pretty flowers for Kim since it was her birthday ^_^~
I wasn't sure what her favourite was so I just tried to look for something purple, couldn't find that but I did get some colourful daisies (which just happened to be her fav XD)

Met her and Ian up at the mall, she got me a funky monkey *glomps her*, zomg so good :P!

Then if was off to her birthday dinner @ Ki Sushi.
We had like 7 people confirmed but 14 showed up, so they opened two rooms for us.
I got some teriyaki stuff because I don't like sushi, and I think I was the only person who refused to try the warm Sake *doesn't drink*

After dinner the group thinned out to just a few of us, we tried to go across to the Quay for ice cream but it had closed so we wandered off to Denny's and were eventually joined by Susan and Daniel.

Amanda called me when it hit midnight to wish me a happy birthday which was sweet and I had gotten a text from Jon earlier in the day ^_^~!

Wednesday morning - got up a lot earlier than expected, had a nightmare and got woken up by that.
It was too hot to go back to sleep and my Mum mentioned she had to go out so I needed to stay in the living room so I could hear the buzzer since some place called saying I was getting a delivery of flowers. X_x

Found out later they were from Alan ^_^~

A bouquet of pretty Gerbera daisies.




Lots of messages on Facebook (thanks ^_^), text messages and phone calls all day.

My Mum had gotten me a super yummy chocolate cake so I had some of that before I went downtown to meet Ian.


He got me my favourite chocolate raspberry drink from Godiva XD!
And then we wandered around the shops for a few hours.


I came home and changed because Porshe and Danny had suggested we go to Green Timbers Park to try and catch the meteor shower.

She was awesome and had secretly sent invites to several people so it ended up being a mini surprise party ^_^~!

Amanda was in the backseat with a cake when I got to the car and I was like OMFGZAMANDASQEE!
Then we picked up Courtney and Philip ^_^~









We had some strange drunken woman and her dog come hang out with us and eventually…her boyfriend.

It made for a weird night :P

Amanda decided to change things up a bit and instead of dropping a table on me she settled for poisoning me instead. X_x

Make-out session was supposed to commence but we are easily distracted.

We really didn't bother trying to spot any meteors, too busy talking and hanging out ^_^~
It was getting late so we dropped Philip off at Skytrain, intending to head home since we hadn't heard from Jeff or Daniel.

But they called like 10 minutes later /swt

So we met them for something to eat later and hung out for awhile.

I was dead by the time I got home. o-o
